As there is still much uncertainty regarding COVID-19, we are planning a Hybrid edition of HOSPACE this year. We have the option to run the ‘live’ element with as few as six people at The Royal Lancaster London or as many as 600+ depending on the state of play in November. We will be broadcasting the event live, so many delegates will have the option to attend ‘virtually’ if they cannot attend in person.
Given the devastation of the hospitality industry and the determination to get back to profitability as quickly as possible, we recognise that operators will be scrutinising every expense. Along with our sponsors we have enabled complimentary passes for all operators to attend ‘virtually’.

HOSPACE 2020 is not a webinar – it is a lot more than that. At HOSPA we have a reputation for enabling great networking and all our planning has been driven by a desire to deliver the ability to network in this new world.
Nearer the time, we will consider opening up registrations for attendance ‘in person’ at the live event. At that stage we reserve the right to ask delegates to make an additional purchase to cover their direct costs (i.e. the delegate rate charged to HOSPA by the Royal Lancaster London).
