Inspirational Leader Awards 

Jason worked in hotel sales for 15 years in independent hotels before moving into revenue management after signing up for a HOSPA course in 2017; and, from there, combined his two great loves of sales and revenue management into a commercial leader role. 

 

Following a covid-19 induced redundancy in 2020, Jason moved into the third sector:  a proactive sales position with a local charity, before joining Tom and the team at Edwards and Finn:  an opportunity that he simply could not say no to!     

 

Jason now works alongside Tom as a Recruitment Consultant - matching candidates with their perfect hospitality revenue roles.
