Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
All entries must relate to work and achievements during the period August 2022-September 2023. Some of the work must have occurred during this time but it does not necessarily need to have been started or completed during the eligibility period. HOSPA reserves the right to reject work it feels does not comply with the spirit of the awards. National or international entries will be accepted.
Cancellation and Information Changes

Should there be any information changes (e.g. individual or company details, or award category) these should be notified to HOSPA by email. HOSPA will not be held responsible for outdated information

No cancellations will be accepted once entries have been successfully submitted
Submitting an Entry

We assume that you, as nominor, will be the individual in your company who we can contact about the entry

Select from six categories; a separate entry must be submitted if someone is to be entered into more than one category

Entries can be submitted via our website only

The Entries will be judged by a panel of selected judges. A list of the judges can be viewed on the Awards Page

Your entry will be considered solely on its merits and on the basis of your submission

The judges’ decision will be final and we will not enter into any correspondence or discussion with any entrants nor will we accept any submissions, representations or appeals with regard to such decision. We reserve the right not to make any particular award in any given category
Promotion and Confidentiality

Video footage & photography: during the Awards Ceremony we may shoot video footage and take photographs which may include you and/or your booked attendees. We will make use of such footage and photographs after the event

HOSPA will be filming videos prior to the evening to play during the event, where the shortlisted candidates are likely to be interviewed

Your entry and any supporting documentation and materials provided to us in connection with your entry will not be considered to be confidential information unless you mark any specific information contained as confidential

Images and information that you send us will be used by us for any purpose, it will not be subject to confidential treatment and may be used for advertising, publicity or informational purposes in any form or media, including as part of any case study
