Adrienne Hanna
CEO, Right Revenue
Adrienne is the Founder & CEO of Right Revenue and an all-round revenue nerd! With a lifetime career in travel and hospitality, Adrienne has spent the last 25+ years in the amazing world of revenue management.
With a background in Revenue Management consultancy, Adrienne saw a problem in an industry she was passionate about, hence Right Revenue was born. Designing and developing a revenue software solution that takes the myth out of Revenue Management, Right Revenue’s goal is to partner with independent hotels providing a software solution that gives great rate recommendations, accurate forecasting and bespoke reporting – all with the goal of not only adding profitability to the bottom line but also supporting a revenue culture through your whole business.

Alex Slors
Asset Management Tutor
Alex is a strong leader with over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Alex has worked extensively throughout Europe and Asia and has held regional roles, including Vice President of Finance. Alex has in-depth knowledge and practical experience that has been invaluable to many hotel owners and investors.

Andrew Henning
General Manager, Grosvenor House Suites
Andrew Henning was appointed General Manager of Grosvenor House Suites in April 2021 and Area Managing Director, London, for Highgate in July 2022. In his role as MD London, Andrew oversees business operations for Grosvenor House Suites in Mayfair. Andrew reopened Grosvenor House Suites in 2021 following the COVID pandemic, transitioning the property from a branded to independent property managed by Highgate, the leading hospitality investment and management company. Andrew is currently managing a multi-year uplift and repositioning of Grosvenor House Suites.
During his expansive career, Andrew has worked through a number of food & beverage operations and hotel openings in independent and branded hotels and resorts internationally. Before joining Highgate, Andrew spent 14 years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where he held numerous General Manager positions in Europe before opening the St Regis Dubai Al Habtoor Polo Resort. Prior to his current role, Andrew was General Manager at The Westbury Mayfair in London, a Luxury Collection Hotel.

Andy Hill

Along the way, I’ve met and worked with some truly inspiring people who’ve shaped my journey. I’m passionate about service, leadership, and the values that make hospitality such a rewarding profession.

Debra Patterson
Director of Quality & Sustainability, Fairmont Hotels
Debra has dedicated 29 years to The Savoy and is a recognised leader in sustainable hospitality. She has led award-winning initiatives to reduce the hotel’s carbon footprint and environmental impact. Her work has earned national and international recognition, including being named one of the 50 Most Influential People in British Luxury in The Walpole Power List 2020 for shaping the Luxury Sustainability Manifesto. She also secured key certifications including BREEAM, FuturePlus, Forbes VERIFIED™, and Green Key UK.

Declan Gallagher
Group Management Accountant, Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland
Declan is currently the Group Management Accountant at Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland. A Hotel & Tourism Management graduate of the University of Ulster and a HOSPA fellow since 2017, his career in hospitality began in 1988 within hotel operations until he transferred to a finance role within the now Leonardo hotels in 1999. He moved up the ranks holding different finance positions both at property and head office level until his appointment to his current role in 2016.
He is passionate about passing on the knowledge and experience learned over his years in hospitality to the next generation and has collaborated with both the company’s and HOSPA’s L&D Departments in developing programmes for finance and operational hospitality team members.
He has followed the mantra that “we are born to be real, not perfect” throughout his career and sees hospitality as a way of life, not just a job.

Fergus Boyd
CTO, IP Dividual
Dr Fergus Boyd, CTO, IP Dividual.com. In top 100 of the “CIO 100” awards three times. IT and Digital Director/VP and consultant for blue chip and innovative brands including British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Yotel Hotels, Red Carnation Hotels, Village Hotels and Soho House Membership Group. Achieved numerous awards in IT, website design, digital marketing and mobile app for several of these brands. Also, a trustee / NED / investor of several charities and start-up companies such as The Royal Institution (oldest UK science charity) and Linnean Society (biological diversity charity). Fellow of HOSPA and Council Member of HFTP (Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals). I now run my own hospitality consultancy specialising in digital transformation, business strategy and technology stack reviews.

Gavin Allison
VP of Information Technology and Innovation, YOTEL
Gavin Allison is VP of Information Technology and Innovation at YOTEL, where he oversees the systems and infrastructure that keep the group's hotels running smoothly and its guests connected. With more than two decades in hospitality IT across brands including Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Cheval Collection and Lore Group, he focuses on practical modernisation, from core systems to cybersecurity, and on using technology to make travel simpler and every stay more enjoyable for guests worldwide.

Grace Greensitt
Founder & CEO, GSI (Global Sustainability Index)
Grace is the Founder and CEO of GSI, a platform dedicated to making sustainability more accessible in the hospitality industry. With a background in brand development, user experience, and global event management, Grace now channels her creativity into helping hotels and venues communicate their sustainability commitments with clarity and credibility.
Through GSI’s sustainable venue directory, Grace supports hospitality businesses in sharing their sustainability data seamlessly, while enabling corporate travellers and event planners to easily source venues that align with their values.

Janel Clark
Head of Professional Development, HOSPA
An accomplished Educator who is passionate about the importance of Learning and Development and its commercial impact on people and profits
Following several years working in Revenue Management, Janel has used her extensive practical knowledge to create, develop and deliver numerous training courses, working with some of the world’s leading educational establishments. She has experience across the full spectrum of hotels, from 5-star chain properties to independent boutique hotels, and has helped them embed, achieve and exceed best practice.
A passionate industry expert, and a qualified educator, Janel is involved in creating programmes for both industry and hospitality schools, which introduce improved ways for hotels to make commercial decisions.
Janel believes that one day, Revenue Managers will rule the world!

Katie Niland
Commercial Director, The Belfry Hotel & Resort
Katie has been Commercial Director at the award-winning Belfry Hotel & Resort since 2024, having spent a decade as its Sales Director. With over 30 years' experience across Hilton, Marriott, Malmaison and Village Hotels, she has led The Belfry through an £85 million expansion and built an award-winning commercial team. A passionate champion of female equality in hospitality, Katie was named HOSPA Inspirational Commercial Leader of the Year in 2025 and is an active beam board member.

Liam Jones
Head of Revenue, Olio
Liam is a founding team member and Head of Revenue at Olio, the app connecting neighbours and businesses to share surplus food rather than letting it go to waste. He leads Olio's commercial function, developing partnerships with businesses in the UK and internationally to reduce food waste while creating commercial value.
His current focus is on the hospitality and events sector, working with hotels, venues and event operators to develop practical, scalable ways to redistribute surplus food and make sustainability a seamless part of their operations. He is passionate about finding solutions that are good for business, good for communities and good for the planet.

Mark Cox
Director of Engineering, Cheval Collection
Mark is Director of Engineering at Cheval Collection, where he leads engineering, sustainability and compliance initiatives across the luxury serviced apartment portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality engineering and property operations, Mark is passionate about demonstrating how ESG principles can deliver meaningful environmental, operational and commercial benefits.
Winner of the HOSPA Inspirational ESG Leader Award 2025, Mark has been instrumental in driving carbon reduction programmes, sustainability reporting, responsible procurement initiatives and long-term ESG strategy across the business. He is a strong advocate for embedding sustainability into everyday operations and believes that lasting change is achieved through collaboration, practical action and measurable outcomes.
Mark is delighted to return to the HOSPA Inspirational Leader Awards as a judge for 2026 and looks forward to recognising the individuals who are making a genuine difference to the future of hospitality through leadership, innovation and commitment to ESG excellence.

Natasha Patel
Partner, BDO LLP
Natasha Patel is a Partner in BDO’s Corporate Tax team, specialising in the hospitality, leisure and consumer markets sectors. She advises a wide range of owner-managed, private equity-backed and international businesses on tax strategy, transactions, compliance and growth. Natasha works closely with hotel operators, restaurants, travel businesses and leisure brands, helping them navigate complex tax and commercial challenges.
Alongside her client work, Natasha is an active member of the hospitality sector, collaborating with business leaders, investors and advisers across the market. She is passionate about supporting the next generation of talent and championing diversity and inclusion within the profession.

Patrick Angwin

Patrick Angwin is founder of Clanalytix, a boutique hotel advisory firm specialising in asset management, analytics and development advisory. He has over 30 years' international hospitality experience advising independent and institutional hotel owners, investors and operators across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Pom Chakravarti
Executive Director and Board Member, QX Global Group
Pom Chakravarti is an Executive Director and Board Member of QX Global Group. A former Group CEO, he remains a driving force behind the Group's strategy, its most important client relationships and its ambitions for the next phase of growth.

Rachel Cabirol
Manager - Hotel Revenue & Strategy, Royal Lancaster London
Rachel began her hotel career creating memorable guest experiences within the Rooms Division at Shangri-La and Hilton. She then joined Royal Lancaster London in 2019, where she transitioned into Revenue Management in 2022.
Continuing to make an impact behind the scenes, Rachel has combined her passion for hospitality with a strategic approach to revenue, contributing to the success of the hotel as a whole. Her dedication and achievements were recognised in 2024, when she won the Inspirational Revenue Manager of the Year.

Rebecca Downey
Head of Managed Digital & Retail Marketing at Robinsons Brewery
Rebecca Downey is Head of Managed Digital & Retail Marketing at Robinsons Brewery, leading marketing strategy across its managed pub and accommodation estate. Her career has spanned revenue management, digital marketing and hospitality, giving her a broad commercial perspective on the industry. Rebecca was named Inspirational Leader of the Year for Revenue Management at HOSPACE 2025 and is passionate about developing people, embracing new ideas and using customer insight to drive commercial performance. She is delighted to return to HOSPACE this year as a judge.

Richard Hutton
Chief Financial Officer
Richard Hutton is Chief Financial Officer for Clermont Hotel Group, owner operator of 16 hotels and over 4,000 rooms, mostly in central London.
Richard has worked in Hospitality roles since 2016, having previously worked at Whitbread (Premier Inn), and Finance roles through his career. He is passionate about supporting hospitality businesses, and the people who work in them, to be the best they can be.

Sarah Duncan
Co-Founder and Director, Sleeping Lion
Sarah Duncan is Co-founder and Director of Expert Advice / Sleeping Lion – a certified BCorp. Her background is in leisure and hospitality, and she now specialises in Sustainability (or ESG), having written two books on the subject: The Sustainable Business Book (2023) and The Ethical Business Book (2019).
She advises on how to make sustainability a genuine part of your business culture and day-to-day practice, not just a tick-box exercise (or race to be the ‘least bad’).

Shane Doyle
Group IT Manager, Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland
Shane Doyle is an experienced hospitality technology leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering and supporting technology solutions across the hotel sector. As Group IT Manager for Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland, he is responsible for the technology strategy, operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure and digital transformation programmes supporting over 60 hotels across the UK and Ireland, while also contributing to the wider technology initiatives of Leonardo Hotels' international portfolio of more than 330 hotels.
Throughout his career, Shane has focused on helping hotel businesses leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, enhance the guest experience and strengthen security and compliance. He has led numerous large-scale projects spanning cloud transformation, data and analytics, property management systems, cybersecurity, networking, guest-facing technology and enterprise platforms.
Shane believes the hospitality industry is entering one of the most significant periods of technological change in its history. The rapid evolution of artificial intelligence, automation, cybersecurity, data-driven decision making and increasingly connected guest journeys will fundamentally reshape how hotels operate and serve their guests. He is passionate about helping hospitality businesses prepare for this future by building resilient technology foundations, embracing innovation responsibly and ensuring people, processes and systems evolve together. For Shane, the greatest opportunities will belong to organisations that can successfully balance technology advancement with the personal service and human connection that define great hospitality.

Simon Numphud
Managing Director, AA Media
Simon has spent his entire career in the hospitality industry, from managing hotels and restaurants through to the last twenty-five years with AA Media. As Managing Director, he is responsible for both AA Hotel and Hospitality services and VisitEngland Assessment services. This includes the various AA and VisitEngland classification and award schemes which in total numbers over 8,000 hospitality businesses.
Wider industry involvement includes Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality (former vice chair and trustee), Fellow of HOSPA, Chair South West Board of Hospitality Action and Ambassador, Room to Reward Ambassador and regular judge for various national hospitality awards. Simon is passionate about mentoring, having been a mentor for Oxford Brookes University hospitality management students, having studied hospitality there himself during his formative years. Simon writes a monthly column for Boutique Hotelier.
