What is HOSPACE?
HOSPACE is HOSPA's annual conference and exhibition, bringing together leading minds from across the hospitality industry for a day of keynote sessions, panel discussions, and workshops. It unites professionals around HOSPA's core areas of finance, technology, revenue management, sustainability and commercial leadership, while exploring the wider challenges and opportunities facing the sector.
The conference is followed by a popular gala dinner and awards ceremony in the evening, one of the highlights of the hospitality networking calendar.

What time does the conference start?
HOSPACE registration begins at 8am
Can I view the conference programme, and can it change after I’ve registered?
The programme is still in development and will be available here soon. Please note that HOSPA reserves the right to amend the event programme, timings, format or venue - or to cancel the event entirely - if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. We recommend checking your email and the event page regularly for the latest updates.
Who are the keynote speakers?

Is there an exhibition?

The Venue
What is the venue's address and nearest public transport?
HOSPACE is held at the Royal Lancaster London, Lancaster Terrace, London, W2 2TY. The nearest tube station is Lancaster Gate, located right next to the hotel. Paddington Station is also nearby, just a 10-minute walk away.
Can I stay overnight at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel?

Is there a carpark on-site?
The Royal Lancaster London has a secure, private car park for hotel guests with 29 car parking spaces including one accessible parking space, offered on a first come, first served basis. Click here for further information
Is HOSPA responsible for my personal belongings at the event?
HOSPA accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or personal property at the event, except where required by law. Please keep your belongings with you and take care of your valuables.

Do I need to be a HOSPA member to attend?

How much are tickets?
Ticket prices will vary depending on whether you are a hotelier, sponsor, or supplier. Full pricing is available to view here
Complimentary tickets are offered at HOSPA’s discretion, to members who are currently working as hospitality operators in decision-making or leadership roles, as part of our focus on bringing together active professionals from across the hospitality industry.
We really value our student and aspiring members as part of the wider community and while complimentary tickets aren’t included within those categories, discounted ticket options are available and we would be very pleased to welcome you along.
Suppliers of goods and services to the hospitality industry are welcome and encouraged to join us at HOSPACE as sponsors and/or exhibitors. If you would prefer to attend as a delegate, then tickets will be approved on an individual basis.
Once I've booked my place, what is the QR code I receive and what is it for?
After registering you'll receive a personal QR code. This enables your registration and name badge printing when you arrive at the venue, so it's worth keeping it accessible (on your phone or printed) on the day.
What should I do if I can no longer attend?
Please let us know as early as you can. Please bear in mind that tickets themselves are non-refundable.
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket if I can't attend?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a colleague as long as you email us in advance so we can approve the change.
Will my details be shared with anyone else?
HOSPA handles your data in accordance with its privacy policy. Your details may be shared if you choose to join the gala dinner guest list - in this case, your name, email and company information may be provided to sponsors who may invite you to their tables. Otherwise, your data is used by HOSPA to keep you informed about its events. A delegate list including your name, job title and organisation is shared, but it does not include contact details. Delegates are encouraged to network with sponsors and fellow attendees and to share their contact information directly where they wish.
Gala Awards Dinner
What happens at the gala dinner?
The conference concludes with a celebratory gala dinner in the evening, where HOSPA presents its five prestigious annual awards. It's a long-standing social and networking highlight, combining recognition of industry achievement with entertainment.
I asked to join the dinner guest list but haven't heard anything — what should I do?
Dinner availability is limited and an invitation is not guaranteed. If you've requested to be added to the guest list, we recommend keeping an eye on your email for updates, as sponsors extend invitations as space allows.
Does being on the guest list guarantee me a seat at dinner?
No. Being added to the guest list means your details may be shared with sponsors who may invite you to join their tables, but availability is limited and an invitation cannot be guaranteed. We will email you with the outcome.
Suppliers, Sponsors & Exhibitors
I'm a supplier - can I promote my business at the event?
Only if you are a registered sponsor or exhibitor at HOSPACE. Unauthorised solicitation, known as "suitcasing," is strictly prohibited, which means suppliers may not promote, sell, or solicit business at the event without being an official sponsor or exhibitor.

Photography
Will I appear in photos or videos from the event?
Possibly. Photography and filming may take place throughout HOSPACE, and by attending you consent to your image being used by HOSPA for promotional and marketing purposes.
I'd prefer not to be photographed — what should I do?
As photography and filming may take place across the event, the best step is to speak to a member of the HOSPA team on the day so they're aware of your preference.

What happens if someone behaves inappropriately at the event?
HOSPA is committed to a professional and respectful environment for all attendees. Anyone behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave the venue, at the discretion of the organisers. HOSPA reserve the right to ask anyone found behaving outside these guidelines to leave
